Just because you have already ordered a garage-full of upgrades for a truck you do not have yet, cost so far is twice the cost of the truck ...

There is something called personal responsibility. <heavy sigh> :D

At 61k, replaced front and rear diff fluid, tc fluid, automatic filter, gasket, and fluid, engine oil and filter and installed @RCI-Offroad aluminum cat guards.
Mobil1 engine oil and Red Line synthetic fluids used and all that is left is less than 2 quarts of atf of the 3 gallons I got.
OE rear diff oil was clear, front diff oil was black, tc oil was brown, and the atf was dark.
New oem plug washers, torqued all hardware correctly.
Did I measure what I drained out of the transmission and add the same amount back? Nope. Dropped the pan and filter, installed new gasket with filter, added 1/2 gallon. Started up, shifted through the gates until the rpms dropped. Drained pan and repeated until I had 1 gallon left. I did the OBDII #4-#13 jumper twice and let the excess drain which was about 20 seconds before it became a trickle.

Thanks for the response. I also saw Goodyear's on another new Sport. So sounds like it's going to be a crap shoot as to what I get.

Installed ECGS bushing on Saturday, even though I had no vibrations from the Eibach Stage 2 Kit I installed 2 weekends ago. Preventative maintenance, you could call it. Huge shoutout to @Tiedie for lending me the bearing puller & insert tools.

Nobody told me how much of a booger the CV axle was going to be to get in and out. Wow that sucked. Even using a ratchet strap to suspend the CV from the UCA, I spent about an hour with a chisel and hammer before borrowing the neighbors car to go to Ace and buy a 24" pry bar.

    Other observations:
    - Needle bearing was fully intact (thankfully)
    - Diff oil smelled like farts and fermented pee mixed in a blender with other mystery chemicals
    - That is not diff oil in the 2nd photo - that is sweat. It was 100 degrees with 90% humidity in Mobile on Saturday.
    - Chisel slipped and I dented the hub cover on accident. Already ordered a new one in the mail.

Ha, I installed one myself and I ended up almost stripping one of the bolts as well. :drunk:
I've already used the front rail a few times and consider it a good upgrade.
FWIW: spare cleats can be purchased from Amazon.

Worked some more on the rock lights. Concentrated on just the wiring since no point in mounting any more of the lights until I get the first 3 I mounted working. For some reason, trying to marry the rock lights 2 wire harness into a cali raised relay harness is not working. The instructions on the rock lights state specifically to use a relay, otherwise their switch will melt. Well, I bought relay harness and a Toyota looking switch, which I had to cut a hole for (no more spots available due to already adding ditch and fog light switches). Now I guess I need a replacement lower left trim panel piece where the OEM switches are, so I can either give up and not have to look at a hole or start over. The problem is no matter what I do, the switch lights up, whether I tie in the rock light 2 wire harness or not. I checked wiring on the cali raised harness and its just like my ditch and fog lights switches, which those work perfect. These rock lights though, as soon as I tie into power, the switch lights up, but fails to power the rock lights. I know I am missing something, so the only thing I know to do is rip out everything and start over. Maybe just use the switch that was included with the kit, but I want to add the relay for safety. I may have tunnel vision on this, which is why I can't figure out what the deal is. Here is the breakdown.

Standard Cali raised harness: 2 red, black (ground) and a yellow (signal) wire. Running into the cab and up to the switch.
Rock light harness: just red and black. Also running into the cab and want to work with the switch so as to "arm" the lights. Then turn on with the remote control included with the kit.

Part number to replacement panel? If anyone has? I tried to look up but all I found was aftermarket options with extra switch holes.
