Me either, Dewalt and Milwaukee tools are so mundane. Ryobi tools are just fine for most needs and are far more economical. Hell, they are made by Milwaukee after all.
For times when you need truly outstanding tools, you need to bump it up a notch to at least Festool quality.

Ryobi is fine for around the house, or on a budget. I used their stuff for years.

Festool is just for snuty people. :bananadance:

Skinners Body in Pecatonica IL does really good work and is a true independent shop not just turning out lick em and stick em insurance jobs.

The 80 looks great with the new bumper!

Got back to the dock today and there is a Mickey Thompson Baja Boss M/T in 285/70/17 sitting there, someone rejected delivery for some reason, didn't look damaged. Nice looking tire.

They only made a handful of the 426 hemi/convertible versions. I'm sure he couldn't be too picky about what he found in that barn.

I'd like to get back up there sometime. Is there anything going on there in September?

When I was pouring concrete the tool truck was full of Ryobi stuff. Beat the hell out of it but I guess they used it because it could be replaced for fairly cheap, although it held up surprisingly well throughout the seasons.

I had mixed results with it. I burned through a couple of drills, but the impact was pretty nice. The sawzall was good, but the circular saw was weak. I'm sure their newer stuff is as good as anybody else's stuff was a couple of years ago.

Edited to correct "size always" to "sawzall was." I really need to proofread when I talk to text.

Can confirm their circular saws suck.
