I have a 2009 prerunner that threw (ABS), Diff lock, and a battery code so I stopped and tried starting the vehicle again. Truck will not turn over or even attempt to crank. Dash lights, dome lights, and headlights still work and fuses, battery, alternator, and starter are all in perfect condition seeing I recently replaced them 2 months ago but there is no power to anything else like the windows, radio, brake/tail lights, locks, etc. Brakes and steering wheel locked and shifter will not operate out of park position with brakes compressed and the keys in the on position. Any Ideas on what the issue might be before I assume it’s the expensive ECU or begin checking all grounds?

Are you certain your fuses are good?

Sounds like a loss of power as @Dm93 suggest. Check the use fuses. I feel like we can get this figured out fairly quick.

We will be waiting for your reply.

Thanks @Dm93, I examined all the listed fuses and they appear to be fine.

When you say you examined them, did you test them for continuity with a meter? Fuses can look OK even to a calibrated eyeball but actually be blown.

You don't need a digital meter - a cheap auto parts store/Harbor Freight/Princess Auto analog meter ($10) will do the same thing and is always good to have in the toolbox.

He said it will not crank.

I’ll look over the diagrams tonight.
