ya if you are running a more adventure tire it will last longer then what i ran lol my tires were basically dirt tires

 

was talking to my buddy and he checked out my bike and yes my wheel bearings are failing on my sm setup the front end has a bit of shimmy to it and they are nice and chunky feeling so gonna order some new ones and have them put in before the trip same with new gaskets to hopefully fix its dang leak!

 

The dealer with the little baby Versys called this morning. You would think they'd have an OTD price ready. She kept telling me it was a new bike. I said "I understand, but it's a 2022, so I'm not paying a huge dealer markup. I just need an OTD price."........waiting for them to call me back

It all depends on the OTD. The more road oriented ADV's(and I dig the baby Versys) have gotten my attention the last few days, so I've been looking I'm watching vids on the V-Strom XT 650 and Versys 650 right now

holding 50 psi while running now, took it for a rip and it’s good to go again. Chain and sprockets are def on the list for this bike but gotta wait to replenish funds from the bronco purchase a bit.

Why not just get a used 650? Both V Strom and Versys have been out for years.

I paid $3200 for my Versys last year and have put over 12k miles on it so far (granted I'm about $5500 into it all in now).

 

Truth be told, I'm just "window shopping". I have no complaints with my little Rally.....I just day dream A LOT I also change my mind daily on what kind of bike I want

I just can't put my finger on why the baby Versys caught my attention

 

I bet that dude is insane on a true MX bike
