No sir, my 01 has a cable throttle body and no front bumper so aero isn't a thing. One fact is tires, you mud terrains aren't helping, my highway tires roll sooo much easier than the mud tires. Example being my driveway has a slight slope to it. On mud tires it would barely roll back into the street. The tires I have now, it picks up speed when in neutral rolling into the street. The biggest factor though is driving. I have 20miles of highway cruising to commute. In fact I could probably see a lot better mileage but I tip into boost quite a bit for fun. Staying out of boost keeps the 7th injector idle which would give me even better range. I'm probably about 19mpg even with the boost pulls. But end of the day, I don't really care. If I cared about mpg I wouldnt have the cars that I have.

My 01 is on 235/85/16 AT3 which are pretty mild
    15mpg
Rack on the shell doesn’t help but it’s not huge. Full stock I think I was getting 17-18

This is the 4th time he's brought up MPGs in the last few months in the same thread with the same members

    Right.

Every single member has told him he's getting what's expected if not better.

He's been told to have realistic expectations of his truck based on 1. The category of the vehicle and 2. The age of the vehicle

Add variables like wear and tear, as well as add-ons, and those can attribute to slightly worse gas mileage (or as close to factory as possible)

But he keeps asking the same thing as if it's going to change

I wasn’t complaining or expecting it to change. Just stated what I’m getting. Maybe some injector cleaner and cleaning the MAF would help a bit, but I’m not too worried about it. If I saw a little gas saver come up cheap locally, I might take a look however. My moms old Honda Fit was actually really fun to drive with the 5 speed.

Yeah my grandfather has it right now, it is tough to see. He was always sharp and witty as a tack, now he doesn't know who any of us are most of the time.

    Ok so that's what I should've stated.

Stephanie's grandma had dementia and it was fucking horrible for everyone. I visited her often just after moving out here and she'd always retell old stories of her childhood and up.

Thing is, when another grand daughter of hers was there we had to call her by her nickname because if grandma heard 'Vanessa' her mind immediately went to this other lady from back in the day.

That and she wouldn't recognize her own adult children either. It was really sad.

But the episodes were far worse.
