How do you get past encryption? (I googled it first but it was all greek to me. Is that now inappropriate to say? If so, apologies to any Greeks who might be offended).

Hi crew. I'm still alive and kicking. Just get busy in summer months; busy is good for me.
Hope everyone has been doing well.
I'm on a job today...one of those jobs that's been cursed from the beginning...about 2 months ago.
It's not my my fault man...

Well, first off, you are always permitted to back up your own materials. But, there is no current security/protection. What originally existed, they stupidly included the master keys several times as part of their product if I recall correctly. The security was dropped once it was a known. The new push is with HDCP if I’m correct.

So, back from the wedding! It was a four day party lol. Only about half the guests signed the board. Why? Because there was Cocktail hour before the reception and they had four bars strategically placed around the venue! Half of the guests were feeling no pain by the time anyone was allowed into the venue, so, well, over half the crowd was in their late 20's or early 30's, so it really got lively once the music began!
Anyway, I promised you pics! Here is a before and after one coat of polyurethane.

Fiddle farted around with a different lawn mower today, my dads riding mower that doesn't get used anymore. It sat awhile, not that long he said. Put the battery on a tender, she was looking good. Went to fire and she would turn over and wanted to run but would only stay running if starter fluid was being constantly sprayed into the intake. Carb float seemed to be getting stuck open, flooding it out. Gonna pick up another carb tomorrow and try my luck again. No pics of how she sat in place but it was a snug fit I needed about a 13.5 mm thin wrench to get on where the bowl met the switch. They dont make it easy to fix these dang things...

It is so hot down here I have already wet sanded and added a 2nd coat. I won't post pics til the end. I will probably put 4-5 coats of polyurethane on it. It will always be indoors and never see the sun and most of the time will be humidity controlled. You can get away with a lot of coats of polyurethane when it is inside. Outside? 2-3 coats max or it will crack and craze.

The China carbs have come a good long way. I don't even bother tinkering with them. $25 shipped off Amazon, slap it on, and run it.

This is a common type. I’ve seen these on B&S I/C series (had one).

Morning crew! Some years back we had a fella worked here as a supplemental/contract worker then he got hired on for awhile, then in-house at a different power plant.
Anyways this fella wasn't in our maintenance group but a group who supports us occasionally. So one time a fellow mechanic was trying to describe him to me (some conversation) who he was talking about. I immediately knew who he was talking about when he said, "the guy who looks like he been smoking his gym shorts"
He had a habit of blinking his eyes when you were talking to him...like the eye blinking was helping him process information
