And just like that, OP will not return to make another comment because his grandma suggested a better idea.

I'm 100% sure money is a problem, that's why he's here wanting suggestion before spending money he don't have. Plus, when they said money is not a problem, typically, it is. If money wasn't a problem, he wouldn't be driving a half ass built rock crawler. Definitely not one with a land cruiser axle & wheel spacers, leaf spring, and doubting the hellfire knuckle will even fix his problem.

OP is trying to justify not buying the hf knuckles by saying it's out of stock when ruffstuff site says otherwise.

Sorry OP, none of us have a built, solid axle tacoma on 35. BTW, I was running 37s with IFS and my steering didn't give me issue and I hung around the bigger Dawgs with 40s and solid axle.

Oh I know how, which is why I suggested above he learns how to.

Otherwise I'm just going to be told to go away cause I don't know what I'm talking about and probably never touched a welder in my life.

Did you use hardware from Ace this time or Lowes?

I like Home Depot myself; in fact I've got an order to pick up today.

It's not like you get a medal for doing your own work anyway. People DIY cause they don't have 40 grand lying around to pay an off road fab shop. If this guy was really swimming in cash like he implied, he'd already have dropped it off at a reputable shop and been done with it, instead of coming on here to gripe and complain when people give him good-faith advice.

Some of you know yes but the other half just like to talk shit. I posted on this group because I wanted help and to fix it the right way. I bought the truck as is and it broke a year later after wheeling piss out of it an had to do a trail fix to get it home. I’ve already knew about the slee an hell fire upgrades, just wanted to know what other options we’re available since I don’t know much about fj 80 axle. The problem I’m having with the hf knuckles or slee arms is that once I have them on the axle I feel like the bar will be hitting the leaf since thier isn’t any height to the spot where it attaches. And btw not all of you are dumb

I really do enjoy challenges like this.

If the Grand Mother is such a good Fabricator I wonder if I know Her. I knew a few very good females in the trade.

Lmfao what you can’t afford a straight axle so you driving a stock Tacoma on 37s go back to high school bro. IFS is garbage unless you want a Dailey. This is one of my 4 Tacoma’s and it’s strictly wheeler. I Dailey my 2010 6 speed taco and I just got done building a 90s single cab sasd 3rz yota on 40s with cage. The truck I’m asking for help on is my old lady’s and it’s hers and it’s sad she can wheel better than you probly

If your so smart why don’t you try going to ruff stuff to order the HF knuckles and add them to cart an see what it says. Says out of stock temporarily because they are finding a new dude to make thier product or something I talked to Ryan a few times from ruff stuff. And yes I know one other site makes them but I want to give my money to ruff stuff since thier local

I'm not here to float your boat. If money wasn't an issue, why not run hellfire? What do you want to hear?

There's no need to compare because if you see what some of us drive, your old lady's truck is a POS.
