These look cool, I saw one in the wild the other day and thought it would be cool for running errands... my house has like 1000ft elevation gain from town in a little under 2 miles. How would this thing do hauling groceries up that hill, does the pedal assist work pretty well so I wouldn't be working way too hard? I only have acoustic mtb and an enduro dirt bike so no experience on one of these new fangled ebikes lol

 

It works super well. The guy I know that was one of the designers was testing it fully loaded in San Francisco daily for about a year leading up to the release.

You can set the assist on level 5 and with a full load I bet you wouldn’t even notice it and it’d be easier to get home than an empty analog bike.

What sort of stuff are you looking for? Plate, sheetmetal, tubing, brake rotors, etc? I work at a tech school...

 

Honestly i'll take what i can get. Perfect world square tubes would be good but I'm not picky at all. Just want to get some experience under my belt before i set to working on some home projects and what nots.

I've got a tote full. Haven't moved it in a while but its heavy AF. Full of square/round tube, angle iron and plate. Should keep you busy for a while.

I've got a Giant ebike that only has pedal assist, I'm thinking about selling. I took the tire fenders off and installed slightly wider and definitely better tires. Do a lot of single track around Cherry Creek State Park on it. it's the 2022 model. almost 900 miles on the odometer.
