From what I found, the House and Senate bills for SC were active in committee when the 2023 session ended. They will be picked back up in committee when the 2024 session starts in January. So this is still in the review process.

Im with Phil, I think if you’re a law abiding citizen you should be able to carry nation wide. I’m afraid it’ll never happen though.
