Y'all get on up and get with it. Overtime early in today let's make a difference. You guys are right with the news and the weather. It doesn't help to pay attention to almost all of it for me. All about tv ratings, no thanks.

Best way to start the day? Hit a dog or deer on the way to work. Center punched that thing, it was a blur that came out in front of me. I know my skid plate is bent, but I need to check the rest after it gets a little lighter outside. Rear diff caught it too. :annoyed::facepalm:

Hope it was a deer. The dog coulda been somebody's best friend. And, hope you didn't hurt your truck much!

    Good morning everyone :hattip:

One more day to the weekend! I’ve already half done the lawns and will finish up tonight before the three days of theorized rain.

Neighbor came in to work and saw me looking at my truck, told him I hit something. Sounds like I left a deer laying in someone's driveway.

I was hoping it wasn't someone's dog, turned out to be a deer.

I had a run in with the death wheel over the past weekend, got me on my thumb. It was 95+ in the shop and my dumbass wasn't wearing gloves because of it. Rather have sweaty hands than missing fingers in hindsight. I lucked out this time and it wasn't deep enough to open me up, just deep enough to take a couple layers off. cutoff wheel trying to cut .25" A36 plate. Caught in the cut and bucked out of my hand and hit my thumb on the way to the floor. You bet, I put those gloves on right after I wrapped up my cut.

With a cut off wheel on an angle grinder, my glove only hid the damage until I got the courage to take it off.

That's what happened to me when I was doing my LT. Glove stopped the wheel for all of .2 seconds before scoring the top of my pointer mid knuckle.

Maybe I should put the guard back on....

I don't recall if Spanish is one of your strengths, therefore, I believe the focal point is perhaps not the content of what she said. :boink:
