Defining what a "syrup sucker" (for those of us that don't know) is might be the most educational part of this thread...

Knowing a bit of pirate history, I’m pretty sure that is the best someone could come up with as a derogatory term for Canadians.

That was what I thought, but "Canadians wrecked pirate4x4" is a little hard to wrap your head around.

It's true. Censorship and ads killed it, but the former members created a much better place so it all worked out.

Or one would get insta perma banned off TW if even the PG version of the derogatory term for Canadians was posted up here. I need to keep up on the trends in snorkels and yellow ditch lights so I can't have that happen.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
The curious would love to know??

I have nothing to prove to anyone!

Nor could I care what anyone thinks or says.

Perhaps I will walk out in the shop and take some pictures if I need to go look for something else.

    Mostly stock on 35s
OP the HF knuckles are your best solution. The stock knuckle limits your options with the steering arm bolting to the bottom (instead of the top like a mini axle) and the slee is the only option I’m aware of that does high steer on a stock knuckle. It’s may be possible to do a fabbed steering arm welded to the knuckle like people do with SD axles but I’ve never seen it. You would have to be a skilled designer and fabricator, and even then welding to cast steel is problematic.

the HF have weld in inserts for your TRE or heim so you can set the height. You want the tie rod and drag link lower, just over the top of the leaf. The height and leverage of your current setup is part of the reason it’s failing, if that’s not obvious to you you should step back and do some research before you go any further.

    best of luck bro.
