Wheelbase is exactly the same as a double cab short bed. The big difference is departure angle, which I got to ~46° (factory is ~25°). I knocked it down to within an inch of a short bend length so I was able to put a tonneau cover and softopper on it during its different phases.

Been living life away from the screen lmao. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks cooped up in the house thanks to the new kid lmao. The wife went into labor the night before I was gonna tear my front end apart to replace the diff and wheel bearings on the driver side lmao

I dig your Old truck man, Was a fan boy before TW! I got it tossed on the rails last night and mounted it solid. 180lbs is now the top heavy concern with the height.. I've been know to built multiple shit so a 2.0 set of rails might be made soon? This RTT is effing huge inside, almost a King bed. Looking forward to sleeping off the ground!

That looks great. Especially with the cab rack you have. Ride with that for a while and see what kind of body roll you have. I would probably take it down to that middle horizontal bar. But live with this for a bit and see how you like it.
Edit: Does the nest go over your tire? You may only be able to lower to the top of the tire.

Gonna have to modify the cab side awning poles? Its too close to prop the "awning" over the window. Gonna try n slide it back a inch or two and get a little more room.

I just edited it. But it looks like the nest is long and goes over your spare. Does it.

I can still enter parking garages at the airport, Its a good height for now. Need to bump it down the dirt a bit and get the new squeaks out.

It clears the tire now if i wanna lower it some. I would probably drop it 3"-6" lower at about that same height as the mid rail..

I loved that thing so much, I even had one before I bobbed the bed. It’s so incredibly versatile and very light compared to a fiberglass shell.

Anyone hiring? I am looking for a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Business Owner, Product Manager, or really anything else.

GM just shut down all of Arizona yesterday and gave us the boot. Both the wife and I are looking for new lines of work.

    Sorry to hear, man.

We got some roles at Republic Services. Trash is always a safe bet. If you find something on our site I'll refer you internally. Amex, Garmin and Mayo are also hiring.

RTT’s are cool, but TTT’s are better. Two bedroom suite with a patio and firepit.
