Could be the needle bearing. Lots of threads on here about vibes at certain speeds, remedied by the ecgs clamshell bushing.

Long story short, bearings can be bad even without play.

Longer version: I just replaced my front wheel bearings. They had zero noticeable play on the truck, but were VERY loud. It grew loud over such a long time, I didn't really know they were loud. I actually thought it was my newer E-Load tires I moved to recently. Not saying this is your issue, but others above said to check for bad bearings by looking for play. That's not always good enough. Even off the truck I can't see any play, but it's a night and day difference in my truck.

Everything I have replaced seems like it should have fixed it. so probably should definitely maybe work right?

Couldn't hurt depending on how many miles are on them. You can buy the entire assembly with quality bearings for like 150-ish each. I'm no mechanic, but was able to pump it out without hardly any issue. You seem to know what you are doing, so might take less than 2 hours to do both for you. Or even less.

Here's my one f-up... Put the damn shield plate thing on 90 degrees off... lol. Hard to mount your caliper like this.

    1. You want help, you can only be helped if you provide as much info from the get go as possible

    2. I offered valid suggestions, which are already being echoed

    3. No need to get hurt over a simple correction

    It's a helpful criticism.

Providing more info such as having a lift, can help come up with theories as to why you're having the issues you are having.

Did the issues only appear after your lift? Or were they there before?

You mentioned no excessive play in your wheel bearings but was this something you thoroughly checked yourself, or ask one of the many shops you've been to?

It's simple really. People are asking questions to gather more information in order to help you.

i’ve answered all these questions you just asked from other people. you just are not helpful.

I gave the basis of my problems and this is an educational forum network for people to cast their knowledge to my problem that I am searching for, yes. Again great job with giving more knowledgeable feedback to me and everyone else reading your post right now

Yes. I've read that it needs to be replaced with the ecgs clamshell for lifted trucks.

Was carrier bearing OEM? This 4x4 i assume? If so mark and take out the rear driveline, take a short test run on 4x4 without the reardriveline. If the vibe is there you can rule out the rear driveline. Maybe threw a balance weight on driveline.

try a drain and fill on the transmission. i used the idemtisu stuff last time which doesn't have the exact amount of friction modifier the Toyota WS stuff has. maybe the tc doesn't like it.
