Hey @BLtheP, We did just come out with the new Squadron SAE which is what this user is interested in. This light meets the SAE standard and is much better than the previous model and I have not heard negative reviews on it thus far. We also are offering a free upgrade program for the previous generation owners so everyone can have the latest and greatest. This is something you won't find from other companies along with our lifetime warranty on all of our products. While our "selective yellow" output is not quite the amber we label it as it is the most efficient color temperature before you start to drastically drop in light output. I would strongly recommend checking out this new light if you are familiar with the previous model.

BJ Designs for the win here. I installed the taco specific Squardon (SAE) took 30mins to do both sides.
Using squadrons as ditch lights too. No problems at all in 2 years. Lots of weather, trail and ocean/sand time.

I have the BD Squadron SAE...LOVE them!!!

This from a guy who does a lot of driving...almost 250K miles - many in 4WD since buying my truck new in Jan of 2019. I own a horse farm , surrounded on 2 sides by a river...I'm out on the property a lot and these are great on lighting up my trails!!

Brandon, Have you done any new light comparisons lately? Looking for real world comparison between 2-LP6 clear driving combo -vs- either a OnX6 30" with clear driving combo or a OnX6 30" dual control with clear driving combo outer and clear spot center. Already have 4-Squadron Pros amber wide cornering for zone 1 and 2.

We have not done one recently but should be doing more light output shots next month.
