I have a similar policy
Once I pass the wear bars, it is slip n slide time!

Sucked the most at the beginning of the year and you got new books. After the second book it was all easy until the next year again and you fuck it up cutting it too short

 

I want to slap the teacher that taught how commas are utilized because she was apparently a raging drunk.

I still wrap some of my rarer/more expensive books the same way, just with archival polyester film instead of kraft paper but it still brings back school memories..
