We rarely cook inside, even in the middle of our Wisconsin winters. This was an experiment in bringing out the flavor of cheap olives by sautéing them as we cooked the Italian sausage.

I’ve been going through old posts for ideas.

    Lots of great stuff here.

Man that looks really good. Same here in MI, we grill/smoke all year round doesn't matter if it's winter, summer, fall, raining or snowing. I roll it outside and cook some good meats. Little bit of suffering makes it taste all the better. :)

It was outstanding! My fiancé saw a picture of something similar, but we really thought it up walking up and down the aisles of Trig’s Grocery Store in Eagle River.

    Olive oil/lemon/black pepper
    Green onion
    Feta
    Parmesan
    Red bell pepper
    Radiatori
    Black and green olives
    Spicy Italian sausage

I ate it both hot and cold for about 3 days afterwards.

I have a side facing garage that opens onto our driveway. So I open the door put the grill outside, get to cooking and usually back myself into the garage so it's a little warmer on me. Wife comes out and sees me sitting in one of our camping chairs and laughs.

im 67, been grillin since around 6yrs old. welp, actually, was more like up my dad's ass, he grilt alot. and i have been with him, {RIP} in all sorts of weather, holding umbrellas, fetchin shit. so as i mature..... i try to rely on the local weather, and cook enuff, to last a day or 2, i do, have the luxury of a gently tattered EZUP, if needed, but i havent melted yet. grill has to stay on the patio, but, i can wheel round wherever, oh, and i know, my dad is with me when im grillin as well....:hattip:
