18” of rain since June 1 here . This summer sucked and it’s almost over

 

Been over 23'' here since then, not counting the rain pouring down this morning. My garden has been decimated.

 

True story: Friend's kid crashed his dirt bike into the side of their above ground pool. Thriving garden to bare dirt in ten seconds.

I would be livid!

 

I had some great heirloom tomatoes till the last round of heavy rains hit. They all exploded from taking on so much water causing the bugs to get into them. I should of planted more peppers, and lettuce, they did great.

 

First timer, very interested in this!

I had to drain mine long ago after a huge leak, fortunately didn't have the garden then

 

Had 2, one passed recently so down to just the tuxie now. She's large and tiny at the same time somehow hahaha

 

Strange how they do that while putting their paw in my face first thing in the morning..

 

How else will you know its time for breakfast?

 

Me too! I planned to fluidfilm my truck as well this fall since I have to park it outside and I need this thing to last forever!

 

Doing a timing belt and water pump. They actually include the correct o-rings I need in the kit.

Using my last Summer Friday today, and then Monday off since they give us a day off for our birthday.

Let my long weekend begin!

 

Will probably ceramic coat the truck this week.....only day off is Tuesday so it's weather dependent. If not this week then next week

 

Up until working at Pratt & Whitney now I always used to call out sick or WFH on my birthday since the company would always plaster everones birthdays around the office. That is my personal business and I dont feel like having strangers at work say happy birthday to me. You dont know or care about me!

 

Might want to consider Cosmoline RP-342 if the chassis is still rust free, and clean. This stuff has worked far better than fluid flim, or other lanolin based rust inhibitors that need to be reapplied every year living in connecticut when I owned my tundra. I did my tacoma 3 years ago just once with the cosmoline, and not a lick of rust showing anywhere yet.
