    Should I assume that as a Mainuh, you like your steak to resemble a hockey puck?
    30 years in Chicago taught me the err of my New England ketchup on a hot dog ways. Took a while, but it happened. There are spots in that town that sell only hot dogs and simply don't offer ketchup even as an option. Gene's n Jude's. The locals 'll know.
