Milogen Fabrications

Another shout out to Milo, did a very clean cmc and plastic trimming for me a couple weeks ago. Great guy and the Toyota community is very lucky to have him working on our vehicles. Won’t hesitate to bring my truck back to him if I need more work done in the future.

Just had Milogen install my 6112/5160/Icon AAL setup this week. Worked with Jeff, great outcome and real cool people. Love the truck.

Picked up my truck from Milo today. CMC, pinch welds, and a cross-member for my BAMF shackle hangers.

Just had Milo do a CMC on my Tacoma. Great scheduling, and great work. Looking forward to clearing 285's!

 

So this is my truck, brought to you by Milo and the Milogen fab crew.
In 3 sessions (and as funds permitted, lol), Milo:
1) Installed 2.5 Fox ext trav CO w//RR, 2.5 Fox RR, Deavers, and Archive Garage Hangers and shock relocate towers. Worked with me extensively to get ride height and quality dialed in.
2) Installed front bumper and winch. Performed his legendary, super-aggressive, factory-tidy CMC.
3) Installed fresh 33s (and tpms x4)! Removed a pesky front brake dust backing plate. Rerouted brake hard line, and cleverly mod'ed the brake line brackets to allow it to be separated from my aftermarket spindles.

What i really wanted to point out is not just how Milo's work is top shelf, and it is; but that you will not meet a nicer guy. As I mentioned before, he will take the time to answer my endless questions without sounding the slightest bit impatient, although he has every right to be!
Yes wheelers should know how to work on their rigs...
But support Milogen whenever you can. He is a Bay Area gem, and we are are lucky to have Milo as a part of our community.

A small example of Milo's quality work. Note the neat and tidy routing of the abs wire and brilliantly simple mod to the brake hardline bracket on the knuckle to allow the brake line to come free of the knuckle without breaking the line.

 

More great work by Milo: rebuilt Kings, TC spindle gussets, TC cam tabs, and pinch welds. He did my CMC a couple years ago.

 

You can tell a lot about a man's work on how clean his zip tie clipping is.

 

Today was the first step in getting bigger tires installed on my truck....obligatory cab mount chop!

Went to Mikogenfab in Milpitas...it's conveniently located next to the tire shop I've been going to for close to 30 years (Auto Innovations).

He did an amazing job and was very thorough masking and making sure everything was done perfectly. He's pretty aggressive with his chops so I have no doubts lager tires will clear once I get to that.

Milo and Jeff are great people! They currently have my truck working on a few things. The Tundra rack upgrade from Toyo Steering being one of them.
