Had the new toy out today. Rode from my house road/trail to south park. 11 miles. Used apx leeds than half battery. Pretty much used a 30% assist. Now taking a break before the journey back.

Leaving soon back to Delaware for Saturday grocery shopping.

Yep, cold start sensor is bad. Disconnected sensor continuity to ground on both leads. Let disconnected, replaced fuses and yes started right up! Now to get the rear wheel fixed and I will be mowing!

Well home from work time to take a nap. Going on a motorcycle ride tomorrow morning with my brother should be a good time.

 

Haven’t been on a bicycle in years. This may be the way to get back on it…with a little help. How was the ride back? Was it as my dad says all the time, uphill both ways?

 

I was concerned about the ride home. I was pretty wore out when I reached south park/half way. On way home I used the battery a whole lot more. Still have fatigued legs. And a sore a$$, hopefully I'm ok tomorrow. I figured if I gave out I would swallow my pride a d call my son to bring truck.

 

Good to have back up just in case but the more you do it, the better and further you get. Yeah, you’re gonna be sore at first but that will go away. Keep rolling and let us know how you make out.
I know critter doesn’t , but I believe you can do it. He’s too busy getting those yard art tractors back to his house. Which are pretty cool by the way. Where the hell did you get that bike anyway?

 

Slept most of the day away (2 a.m. fire call messed me up), but spent a little time in the park doing baby announcement photos for my sister and B-I-L, followed by Ice house and then dinner.. photos dumped, edited and uploading to them now...

I may go back out and put some time in just walking around town to burn off dinner.

 

I've been doing research for months , anywhere from $500 Amazon ones to $3000 yamaha ones.... the 1 brand that showed up alot in the top 10 reviews was this 1rideup brand. It met my wants, class 3 , 750w motor, larger battery , brand name cells, fenders, rack.... so now need to get the wifey one then we will be in shape soon for the tour de Pittsburgh! Lol. Oh yea critter can drive the tractors around .
