I'm hunting for a Tacoma and I know in the Frontier you can get a reading on the dash with your current MPG is there also the same feature on the Tacoma?

BTW looking at Wet Okole covers, Weathertech Mats, and components for a stero I might not actually drive this as much as let it sit.

No, there is no feature for that in the Tacoma, although the Scangauge II I bought does it.

And I have the Wet Okole seat covers, weathertech mats, new head unit and speakers go in next week. Love all of it! :)

Borla Catback Exhaust, Snorkel, 33s on either 16's or 18's, ARB Bumper, All Pro LT w/Walker Evan Shocks front and back, All Pro expedition leaf pack, 10,000lb Superwinch, Intake Manifold Spacer, Bed Rack with ARB RTT, Rotopack and Hi Lift mounted, Husky Liner mats and an air freshener from 1995.
Not in the 07's. I dunno about the 09's but I haven't heard of it having it either. Unless you haul lots of stuff or bring it above 3000rpms constantly, you generally get 18-20mpg. At least I have, and I've been clocking my mpg pretty religiously for the past year.

Crunching the numbers for what I'm planning to do to a DC is coming to around $2k at the moment. WHY must there be a truck that looks sooo good with all of those things done!

Oh, just wait... Once you get the mod bug, it won't stop. I'm $10K in already and still have lots more plans...

    Welcome to TW...

If you are comparing the Taco and Frontier on different features, don't forget to consider resale value..............

 aaawwww man screw that....better consider if you think you will ever want to sell......if you buy a Taco, you will have high resale value and won't want to sell....:D

I have Weathertechs as well and love them!:) Whatever you end up with, get ya some weathertechs for sure.....

That is the current Taco on my radar i'm pushing for $15,500 INCLUDING all fees n taxes.... It's a hail mary but in a sudden death economy it might be completed....

Exterior mod on my mind is the Grill Craft mesh grill, and changing the air intake, and exhaust.

Interior is the Weathertech, Wet Okole, a system(of course with security) and possibly wheels but I don't find the stock ones THAT bad to have it be a high priority...

YEah - I liked the stock rims too, so I just put on new tires...

I had two 4Runners before my Tacoma that had the MPG reading. It also told you how many miles left you had to go before running out of gas. I wonder why Toyota didn't put it in the Tacoma too.
