That’s… over 1100 miles. That’s just insane on a Grom.

That's kind of what I'd like, though the off road is a lower priority than highway. I'd like to be able to get on the bike and take a trip to see family and friends that are 300-800 miles away. Covering that mileage necessitates 75-80 MPH being at least tolerable.

How does the Tuareg feel at interstate speeds? Do you think you could hop on it and ride 6 hours without having to stop for more than fuel/pee breaks? I'm following a yootoob channel that just traded his CB500X for a Tuareg, and he lays down some mileage. Moto Photo Adventures, if you are interested in something to watch. It's not a super garage oriented channel, but he does mod the bikes a bunch for his travels.

I avoid ethanol like the plague. It's good for absolutely nothing.

1100 miles in 24 hours on any bike is a solid achievement. On a Grom...... I agree. Insane.

Absolutely. Last Thursday I rode 536 miles with 11 hours on the bike, yesterday I did 180 miles in 3.5 hours and today I did 220 miles in 5.5 hours.

I’m working on plans for this coming weekend and expect to do 1000-1500 miles depending on where I decide to go.

I only ask because apparently it's a possible weak point? Just what I saw on that yootoob channel. Might not be a big deal.

I’ve read about it as well but haven’t broken mine yet when dropping the bike. Knock on wood.

Look closely at this last pic. There's a firefighter sliding down the pole which is actually the drain pipe. The center of the truck grill is the electric meter. Incredible use of items they can't move so they incorporated them into the painting.

1045 miles from Friday at 11:30 until Sunday at 4:40. Added 91 more murals bring me to 899 by my count with about 5 weeks left in the event.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Hells yeah! That’s some good roads.

Man i found this out the hard way this weekend lol.

Took the new to me YZ250F out for the first time...first time riding real dirt that isn't a flat lot in a buddy's backyard.

We were only out about 2 hours before I whiskey throttled coming out of a rut, and crashed, with my chest smacking into the right handlebar grip. got a nice sized bruise along with a matching adjacent imprint that lines up perfectly with the design on my handlebar grip lol

that said, still an extremely fun time and I'm looking to go out again soon once I adjust my triple tree, replace the snapped brake lever, and adjust the clutch play a bit.

Kemimoto exhaust installed! I'm super impressed with the fitment, packaging and quality and sound for $80.

    upload_2023-8-28_18-20-33.png

I told myself I wouldn't get an exhaust but the weird flat pancake thing on the stock exhaust really bothered me.

    upload_2023-8-28_18-21-0.png

Took it out for a quick ride after:
