    Depending on what a person's needs are, $600 for 4 tires is a pretty damn good deal these days. I paid $1300 for 5 Big O Bigfoot AT in 265/75/16 a few years back, and a year ago I paid $100 for 4 Cooper ST Maxx's in same size from Tirerack.com.

    This is my first set, but many years back (1980's) my dad had some Coopers on our hunting truck (Ford F250). I chose the ST Maxx's primarily due to tread pattern, and the Load Range "E" availability.

    When I went to Big O back in December 2019, I wanted the ST Maxx's. The counter person at Big O told me "Cooper actually manufactures all Big branded tires for us", and "we offer a better tread life warranty than Cooper's, and are about $15/tire cheaper [between the Bigfoot AT and ST Maxx in same size]". Since there is no Big o within 90 miles of me now that I moved to KY, I went with the ST Maxx's this time. I love them so far. Only about 4 - 5000 miles on them so far, though.
