Try your local marina. They always have ethanol free, sometimes even cheaper than gas stations.

Try https://www.pure-gas.org/ and choose your state. Community run to show where you can get ethanol free gas.

Zero haha I knew that though, it used to be only Esso premium to the bitter end. Good to know for road trips.

Ugh I need to bite the bullet and get an exhaust. I like ripping around full throttle not drawing any attention though.

That sucks. I hate that the lie of corn is forced in so many places. Makes me sad.

My dad had a mustang in the 80's catch fire from one of the early ethonal station adopters here (The station admitted fault and bought us a new mazda). He was oil and gas and was very against ethanol.

Your dad was right. They've got the data now to show that there's no benefit from the ethanol, and that coupled with the negatives makes it an easily worse choice than pure gasoline. Plus, if we used the corn land to grow food, that would be of more value. Doesn't fit the narrative, though. Can't say much more without getting a ban. Hell, I might have already said too much.

This one doesn't sound that loud to me. It does have a removable baffle that I haven't removed yet.

I'm supposed to be getting the rear set sliders tomorrow, clutch springs and spools on Wednesday and clutch lever on Thursday. Hoping by this time next week I will have it all together and attempting to pop wheelies!

Haha dirt bikes give you a slice of humble pie real quick. But the desire to improve feeds the addiction. Riding offroad is the most fun way I beat the shit out of myself.

Did a night rip tonight myself.

Yup lol. Sucking so much only makes me want to get back out and get better

soon as I replace that brake lever and my hand/chest are healed up I plan to take it right back out lol

night riding in dirt sounds even more challenging ha. Not sure I’d be ready to tackle that yet

I'd recommend pivot/folding levers while your getting back into riding. I run the Pro Taper XPS's, but there are a ton of options out there.

Ha speeds are definitely reduced. Seat time is where it's at and once you get hooked it's great to constantly try to improve. Hope you heal up quick!

A good set of bark busters can keep those levers safe as well.

That is true, just don't bring them on the track unless you're ready to fight someone

Yeah i was on the passenger side between the bike and the truck when it shot off, I tried my best to slow the fall and slammed my shin into the carrier in the process. The shit that bike saw that weekend was far worse than flopping off the carrier though. I was so shot out from the trip that my brain wasn't functioning properly at that point. At least that's what I tell myself. :p

I said I wasn’t going to do an exhaust either. I’m sitting here waiting for a Pro Circuit T6 to arrive.
