This has been a great house for me, but after being here close to two years it isn't working out like I'd hoped. Gonna try and get into Maryland somewhere closer to work. That and somewhere with public water and sewer

 

I'll take a well and a septic system over the BS of living within city limits. I hate that crap.

 

Well I got a $35,000 pending system replacement in the next 5 years if I don't move. Sooooo.....

 

Worth it to not deal with city rules, IMO.

 

Except I ain't got that laying around yanno
