I’m really surprised you don’t have a power log splitter with all that firewood. That’s a lot of tough, manual labor.

 

Good evening guys, back from the history trip.

Took a page from @RustyGreen and went for a nice drive in the country to a small community museum in the north end of the county east of us. Was a nice place in the original 1909 mercantile store for the town. About 70 miles round trip of back roads and yes there was ice cream involved, old school milk shake at the local diner

 

Those just suck the life right out of you lol.

It was really good. Had to let it melt some before you could suck it through the straw

 

Damn, that sounds good - if I get all 5 lawns done tomorrow I might need to take the wagon out for a little reward...

 

Hauled just over 1,000 pounds of flooring in my truck today; she was slightly squatted but only had to go 6 or 7 miles. The loading and unloading was somewhat unpleasant.

 

We were in a tornado watch all afternoon but didnt hear or see much, just a quick spurt here and there of rain from the outer bands is all.

My last eye check up there was little change. 11 years since that last visit.

Then they quoted our frames start at $300.00 I am good for today.

My distance driving glasses held together with stainless mig wire and super glue will be good for many years.

 

There is no bad time for ice cream.

The looks I get for my Banana Split breakfast cover all manor of expressions .

Mothers harp on me I am setting a bad example .
