I have the OEM sub woofer for now its ok, i just need better speakers, I don't really listen to a lot of Bass, I'm not in my truck long enough daily to need all the Bass.

My SR5 came with the standard sound system. (No sub) Which I wanted since I can mod things the way I like it.

    I
I don't carry often anymore, but I've downsized to 9mm for when I do. Either a Kimber Pro Covert (very similar to that) or a S&W M&P.

I like the setup you have for mounting it in your truck.

Interesting. A little too open for around here though. I think I'm going to mount this heavy duty magnet in the console box.

Maybe use just a socket for your bio-locked phone... Hmmm.

Slick. I'm looking at the Dessert Does It "front multi mount panel" for my Kimber micro 9 (essentially the same as yours) with a dedicated holster that is under the drivers seat. I have a black slide on my Kimber and I like the look of your silver slide. I would highly recommend the Kimber mag with the pinky extension, I choose it over my shield every time for my conceal. Currently it rides in my door pocket :)

I used a soldering tool. Watched a guy on YouTube do it and copied it. Came out good. I got ape hands always dirty and that grip tape started peeling on me so I tore it off and stipled it. It’s a gen4 G43 single stack. I’m fat so I don’t like hog legs digging into my love handles lol
I’ll see if I can find the video later

It's really pretty multi-functional. Tailgate open...Know right where to put your drink. No spills. Tailgate closed...Lights up the bed, know right where the cooler's at for a refill. Glamping at it's finest yo!

Bought this same one - was planning on waiting and getting a nicer hard cover, but wifey insisted I get something right away as we are camping this weekend and she's not eager to test these Hobo Freight tarps. Bought the Tyger with Amazon points last week, picked up the truck at 5pm yesterday, and installed it last night. Parts of the Tyger seemed squirrelly, but it does seem like it'll do the job until I get something better.

I don't trust the two red "safety strap" connections to the aluminum brackets. No way those are keeping the cover attached at interstate speed following a catastrophic failure. I'll probably add a couple strategically-placed zip ties and bungee cords to make certain it is attached as can be to the truck.

That was my thought. It is a much more convenient location and frees up a spot in the lower console for another switch.
