Since this is always the fastest place to get an answer about, well, anything.

Looking at some new material for the PS5. It's down to Armored Core VI or Baldurs Gate 3. I'm a huge From Software fan from way back. I also liked the previous Baldurs a lot. So, lets here it. Which one? And yes, I'll probably just buy both anyway. lol

 

I read about Armored Core being super controller-friendly (specific even) as I got a new stick and considered buying it on Steam.

Passed on it but could be up your alley being on console.

Saw Baldurs Gate as well and was told it's really a game to enjoy with others you know.

 

You could just game on PC like a normal gamer

 

I'm getting old. My 75" TV is a hell of alot easier to see then my 27" monitor. lol

There are some wild ones in the world and FS does a good job highlighting them when you do their landing challenges. VNLK & LFLJ are pretty wild. LFPS is one of the hardest. LFMN is gorgeous. All the back country ones along the Salmon River in Idaho are fun. Lake Union is fun in seattle. I could go on but check those out, but dont bring the F18...

Agreed. Quite underwhelming. Not enough there to entice me into upgrading from my "2nd gen" SC.

This new one is expected to make ~4 psi at sea level in its current form which is quite a bit less than mine did brand new. I paid $3600 for mine new 2 years ago. The $5K number was what URD charged if they added in the 7th injector.

I think if this new one had an intercooler it might have been up there closer to $6K.

 

I am honestly shocked they even thought there was a market for a new supercharger for the 5vz. The last US market one was built almost 20 years ago.

 

It is a little surprising. Maybe it was their hope they could entice users to upgrade from older SCs.

It would be interesting to see what their sales numbers have been historically.
