    Welcome to TW!

When you say it unlocks, do you hear the actuator moving? Is the handle moving differently than before? For example, are you able to pull the handle as far out as normal, or is the handle jammed up?

If it's not the child lock it's likely the cable on the inside of the door that connects to the interior door handle. See if moving the child lock in either direction allows you to open the door.

I don't think OP can access it since the door won't open

Interior cables won't be accessible unless entire door panel is removed. Hoping it's just the child lock.

edit: he should be able to climb in the back seat and reach down to access the child lock. others have done it.

I removed the panel behind the handle and I can see the ball attached. I'll check the child lock though.

I remember another member saying he had to pull the inside handle very hard. Like you're bending it past where it normally stops and it feels like you're gonna break it but it supposedly works

Were you, or someone else, recently inside the door panel before this happened? I’m foggy on what it was, but I’ve read more than one post of someone not reconnecting part of the mechanism or not correctly.

Saw something about replacing the actuator but I have to get the door opened to access it. May have to just bite the bullet and take it in.
