Got a trade in offer from the dealership today on my 2018 tacoma with 41k miles on it... they offered me $30k to put to a new tundra ($57k)
Im thinking really hard about doing the trade, I love my tacoma, but $30k is only $3,000 less than I paid brand new in 2018, and I would be getting a 2024 tundra sr5 with offroad package in lunar rock.

But we were picking up my wifes new 2023 rav4 hybrid that we ordered in october of last year.

Thanks man ! I went with medium but I haven’t tried the power button yet since I guess that’s like moving it up to spicy. Medium seems just about perfect for me and this setup . It even ides so much smoother now. Are you running a OT also ?
It’s true what they say it’s like a different truck now and all positive changes . I was hesitant and really wasn’t going to do it when my truck was stock I felt I could drive around it’s shift points 80% of the time with my type driving. But going to 33’s I don’t think I could have and why I did the tune. Little did I know it was going to improve it in all areas

Thanks Tire size is 285/75r 16’s I believe. I only went with 16’s because originally I was going to run the stock rims with spacers but last minute decided to get some Method Rims. The tires already arrived at my install shop so decided not to change to 17’s. I’m very happy with the ride and when I air down for my modest and occasional off road adventures lol it should be a nice ride with that extra sidewall height. Very happy with the looks to and have to admit I was a little worried until I saw the whole package on the truck. Originally they said they were going to do a body mount chop but I don’t think they did and if they did they were so good I can’t even tell lol. Just had to remove the front mud flaps and trim just a tad of the fender liner we’re the mud flap connected but honestly can’t even see it. I’ll probably ask them when I bring it back in for the 700 to 1000 mile check to re-torque everything. No rubbing yet and I’ve done done full cranks it both directions going up driveways on an angle a little harder then I normally do and still no rub. Haven’t had it off road yet though but I have a feeling it’ll be fine since I’ll be crawling and taking it easy. I love how the truck doesn’t nose dive when coming to a stop to.

Medium/Spicy is the setting I choose 99% of the time when running OTT. I will sometimes use Spicy/Race as long as it isn't winter time. It's a great tune. Right now I am running Blackhawk, though. I've purchased KDMax, OTT and Blackhawk tunes and can flash them myself.
I agree, OTT and Blackhawk for me make the truck drive as it should have from the factory and get rid of the complaints of how the truck shifts. The power the truck has when stock compared to when it's tuned is a huge difference. It makes the truck even more fun to drive.

I couldn’t agree more about the power difference and shift points . I don’t feel like I’m working to try and out smart the transmission anymore. I just drive it and let it do it's thing now  Really a joy to drive.

I prefer selling on TW however there is an eBay ad. Costs $2 more plus eBay adds sales tax. I only make a few once a year. Not a real money maker just an extra one of my hobbies. Nearly 1/3 of the cost is the Priority insured shipping. I make 3 different ones starting at $20. Link:
