7th Annual AOAA Invasion - October 13-15, 2023

Is anyone taking up a collection to help pay for some of this food? I'm willing to contribute.

 

Is that live weight or dressed weight?

I'm sure if we have a smoker going all day the whole campground will show up for BBQ pig.

 

Generally everyone kicks in food for the pot luck; if you don't have a specialty dish bring silverware/plates/cups/etc. that's the thing we always need.

Then we all empty our wallets for the raffle.

 

OK I can do that, I just don't mind chipping in some money also.

 

Just had a thought. I call dibs on the head and face meat.

I know there's no real head count but that should be enough for about 60 people.

 

I was actually thinking cheek street tacos, I'll have salsa so a bit jujed up from street tacos but, it's there.

There will be other fixin's too. I wouldn't worry too much. Let us know how to pitch in on this.

It's nbd. Like I said I usually burn money on ribeyes so this is just a bit of a step up.

If nothing else make sure Danny (smoker operator) doesn't run out of cold beer.

 

This is going to be at camp Saturday? I'm kinda going with the wind so who knows where I'll be. But noted.

I think I can make this. Have to see if I have the weekend off. New schedule was supposed to be done today but I don't think it did. is there a group site or should I grab one on my own. Saw there were some left.

 

I guess I'll be bringing a bottle or two of bourbon

 

I also like single malt Scotch.
