So I have a 2002 PreRunner. Ive been noticing that when I turn my A/C on/off there is this somewhat of a liquid fluid flowing sound behind the glovebox. There are no leaks that I can see. The A/C runs well, but I'm curious if anyone knows what this could be? Maybe its low on charge?

Might be the condensation drain your hearing .

I have no idea what else it might be.

The start of the Blower motor but to me that sounds nothing like water flowing.

You must have excellent Hearing .

Not sure, water running through the heater core is normal, but only if the heat is on.

If the drier had failed you would be getting warm air no AC.

There would never be enough water in a sealed system to be able to hear.

I would hope the heater valve is off.

Like I said you must have super hearing.
