I was looking at the recent posts on that thread. I'm interested in what the cause is to the engine failures. There are somethings I like about the Tundra dash materials, and the screen images look best in class IMO. Screens aren't that important for me. Styling is subjective, but the front profile when lifted on larger tires and equipped with tow mirrors looks good almost looks like an 8 lug truck.

I vaguely recall reading that the next Gen won't have a Thermostat either, but some different means of coolant flow. Hopefully it's a simple, reliable, and inexpensive sytem.

So what you’re saying is I have to wear that suit to change my oil every 10,000 miles (and yes I’m trying to incite the 5k/10k OCI debate)?

He works for one of the municipalities for wastewater treatment. Grandfather was a Union electrician used build department store signs and maintain those multiple light billboards like you see in Vegas.

Wife’s stepfather worked for a company that does the electrical work for mines and heavy industry.

Ha ha, I don’t even know what specific motors you’re talking about (hybrid, electric only, rocket propelled). It’s a joke dude, don’t be so serious.

I think Teslas, maybe others, do have an oil filter for the single speed transaxle.

Was next to a GMC Canyon Denali today. If Toyota won't make or sell me the truck I want, I will surely find one at a GM dealer that will. Toyota better be careful, the competition looks good. Certainly better than when the 3rd gen launched, or any gen for that matter.

Brand loyalty only goes so far...

As for the spaceman above, I worked at a college that had some Arc Flash capable equipment, shit is spooky to the highest degree.
