It sure made that task easy!
I was dreading it until I saw somewhere that it's the easy way to remove posts.

About 8 years ago I was talked into going to see Jimmy at Alpine Valley (opening act Huey Lewis and the News) with a group of sorta-friends from work. I fully intended to be snarky about the whole event, but I ended up just enjoying myself with a whole lot of people there just having a great time. I got pretty drunk and separated from the work folks. Took me like an hour to find our party bus afterwards. I had a fantastic time, but wasn't invited back by that group o_O

Not a Parrot Head, but definitely glad I got to hang with the incredibly diverse and fun people that Jimmy Buffett brings together for one fun night.

My intermittent wiper stalk came today as well as some replacement hardware for my rokblokz mudflaps. one of the bolts came loose and fell out somewhere like half a year ago so I thought I would get some new stuff. Foglights should come tuesday.
EB toyota only took 3 days from order to ship date to get my stuff, not to bad

Also Bob Barker gone at 99 years old. Saw a tweet about how he got as close to 100 as he could without going over. He wins all the Showcase Showdowns.

I spent a lot of time cutting, grinding and beating on my poor 2nd gen today. Frickinfracken tires still rub at a full stuff. Fluck! Every rose has its thorns... and a good deal is never as good as it seems. But damn does that truck look fantastic!

I will say this, I know more people who love those tires than hate them so I will give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But you won't see them on my truck. :D

FJ driver in our group has KO2s and can't wait to get rid of them lol. But agreed, for the other 99% they're fantastic

Been out at ATR all weekend, got behind on catching up lol

Cleaning things out from the truck and found utensils left behind from Tigerton. These look familiar to anyone? Found in the neighborhood of Camp Assman & Pleasure Palace-ville.

@rubbersidedown - thanks again for the Hatch chiles. Finally got around to roasting them up, oh man the smells and flavors are amazing!

A bit warm out there during daylight but after sunset is nice. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

BBQ fork is mine. Didn't even notice it was gone from the kit. Kinda just jammed everything back in the truck on Sunday :p

Not bringing a table to lug around really bit me in the ass :rofl:REI is tempting me to get a smaller camp table like yours right about now.

Alright cool, I kinda figured it was yours since you were the only person grilling. I can hang on to it and bring to a future event or maybe even drop off when I come through Milwaukee on 9/16 en route to Madison. Just let me know.

Not sure who's camp table you are referring to but it wasn't mine. Though I will say those folding aluminum tables at REI are pretty sweet. Always wanted one, just can't figure out where I'd store it so I wouldn't be constantly moving it out of the way.

Here's an option for a 4ft table that folds in half.

They totally don’t fit! Mine still rub a little at the front of the wheel well and at the pinch weld. The front is easy to beat with a hammer but the pinch weld at the bottom is strong and not super hammer beatable. The only way mine will truly fit is to breakout the grinder and cut away and rebuild. I refuse to limit uptravel

CMC will only get you so far, a true fix is the cab mount relocation. A lot of guys also are moving to SPC UCA’s so they can push their caster angle as far forward as possible, as far as fenders go, C4 makes a really nice large tire fender liner kit that opens a lot of room Or geartechcustoms.com makes nice new innerfenders for trimming as well. If you don’t care about an inner fender there are a couple of things to consider as well, you will want to make the switch to a cold air intake or a snorkel kit, to fix the then issue of you stock air intake using a massive hole in the side of the wheel well.
