Nothing says vacation with your parents like 7:30 am tee time at a coastal golf course with your father. Have a good one folks, I'm going to line up and wait at every tee box all day long. (Holiday golfers...)

@BananaMan key part of that being “with my father…”

    That’s good stuff. Cherish it.

my BIL in Spruce Head has that iteration of Mazda. 160k on the odo. I love Miata’s but not an expert. What’s special about it?

enjoy your weekend all. Moto ride with buds had been scuttled so I can deliver furniture to my girlfriends kid at college. IU. Grrrrr

The only thing "special" per day is that it only has 38k original miles from 2000. He's put 4k miles on it in three years, so it leads a very pampered life.

Crawled under Barcelona Red this afternoon and squirted penetrating oil on the exhaust collector spring bolts and flange while calculating the space in the garage bay (tight but do-able), pulled it into the bay and shut the door. (Enough space for tools, and not much more) so I'll install the LC Engineering header as a Labor Day project. Synchronicity! I cleaned the rain gutter on the nearby (2-bay) garage outbuilding that fills with needles and cones from the tall red fir between it and the townhome development next door, put the Little Giant ladder away, washed my hands twice, zapped a cup of coffee and a little Irish cream. Nice to go out on the deck as it was raining again. Great timing! The truck's dry for tomorrow's work with the new Husky jack and jack stands, and I hope the 2005-2015 2TR Cat-Back Exhaust is merely out of stock at LC Engineering... No photos, as phone was at 45% and having charging difficulties (15 hours to charge? I switched cables and now it's at 73%, so there's hope...). :ballchain:is a smartphone. Happy Labor Day! :rain:

    Good Morning Mike :hattip:
4+20 left in this shift ... then on leave 'til 1 Oct ... week and half out to Yeti Acres looking for a legal moose with a death wish; then to Jersey last half of month to see My Chief. Looking forward to forgetting this place for a bit.
Might go to last day of fair with Kristi today, if the rain ain't too heavy.
Have a great day Sir. :fistbump:
