    Good Morning :hattip:

Today is cooking and fix the old riding lawn mower day.
Yesterday I made some venison in the Slow Cooker. That meat is being used for egg rolls today.
Also putting 2 racks of ribs in the pellet smoker. I have two new rubs to try out. One is a Vermont Maple Bourbon Rub. The other is a Carolina Style Rub.

    Good morning folks.

I had a good time at Harpers Ferry, so much history in such a relatively small area. We found a new way for the kitty to entertain himself for hours- we got a bag of small 1" diameter plastic springs, he smacks them around and chases them around the floor for hours. I had to make some block off plates for the front of the fridge as he kept making goals and I would have to fish them out.

Glad that you had a safe trip, hopefully the tree rats didn't make any more messes for you to fix.

Disclaimer All my answers are going to be metered with the fact that 4 months ago I was hospitalized with Diabetes (nothing happened I had a test and my glucose came back at a 389 so I self admitted myself. I am now (with the help of a glucose monitor device (size of a dime) under control and 50+ lbs lighter once again) If you are peeing a lot.. get your glucose checked. It CAN kill you. (PM me if you want any help. The medical system is VERY confusing to new diabetics) One in 10 people have it. a lot more DONT know they have it.
    1. What condiments do you prefer for your hot dogs? Think carefully! : I used to be a Ketchup, and or load it down. Now I just use mustard (almost Zero carbs)
    2. What snack cakes Little Debbie’s, Hostess or Drake?! Little Debbie Swiss Rolls used to be a go to. I regret nothing. also those strawberry ones.
    3. What is your preferred hardware for removing the younglings from the lawn? A Trebuchet. a catapult is less shocking.
    4. Dog or Cat? This is not a question about what is on the dinner menu! I have both. My dogs love is undconditional. My Cat was more dog than cat.
    5. Goat Porn? Why choose goats when I enjoy chubby older women so well?
    6. Coffee or Tea? Those are your only choices! Yes, Both.. hot or iced. Doesnt matter.
    7. Bacon: Dear god. yes please. I try breakfast sausage in the morning because bacon is a hot splattery mess and I always regret it.
    8. Toilet paper rolls, over or under? I just put it on randomly like a savage. My wife (of 30 years) likes it over and it makes her salty when it is under. (that does not affect my behavior)
    9. Daylight Savings good or bad? Kill it..
    10. How do you like your steak cooked? I used to hate steak until I had it a proper medium. My dad used to cook them super well done and that sucked.
    11. °C, °K or °F ? Base 10 measurement systems make more sense to me but I live in america so I guess °F
    12. Miracle whip or mayo? Full strength Mayo. non of that lofat BS.
    13. Star Wars or Star Trek? Picard is a god. Star Wars (yeah no. Hard pass - Not anymore.)
Oh and for extra points because it is cool I was born on

    7/17/71 (all 7s and ones - Proving that numerology is nonsense. ) (I am 52 - I think. I stopped counting around 25.)

Great answers! Go team Mustard! Sorry to hear you are on the glucose journey. I am as well and have been there for many years. Though I have developed some recipes that have helped me keep to the low carb lifestyle without feeling like I’ve sacrificed. Glad to hear you’re back on track. Good luck on finding your truck.
