Anyone look at the weather forecast before all this madness? Crazy to me that people still showed up knowing how shitty the weather was gonna be and expected anything different.

 

I was there. Despite the mud it was one of the best shows ever. Rollins Band, Metallica, Fems, Live, NiN, Blind Melon, Primus, Candlebox, Dylan, Peter Garbriel, Porno for Pyros, Santana, Chili Peppers, Green Day are just some of the bands I saw. lol

 

And I have seen them all as well, just without the mud.

It’s in the middle of a vast desert that rarely sees rain at any particular location, let alone that specific location. And forecasters don’t bother accurate forecasting in that region because, well, there’s nothing there.

 

All I can say is....

Fools. I lived in that high desert for 10 years. You never know what you're going to get. -25 to 120 degrees, no rain to flash floods and snow from zero inches to 4 feet over night.
Good luck and godspeed to those who are stranded and did not prepare properly.

Beach Boys to ice T to Metallica and rolling stones.

These people are literally getting away from their day to day in RV's and living in tents for a couple days to get away and and reset. You must have some serious disconnect to not realize that. Who is the judgmental elite one now?
