    He likes it well enough. He was originally set on an GR Corolla - but got sick of waiting and then dealing with dealer markups. Got a steal on an N - so it was all good. It's not my favorite to drive, but it's also not my car. I will be getting him the dogbone mount though - it's a little sloppy for my liking. It does make a hell of a road trip car (we took it to my 50 mile race in June - it was nice for the trip there and more so back). It's his daily, just works, car.

    We sold the '01 TT and the '99 vette (twin turbo'd) -- so we're down to my 2000 Taco; my 97 miat; his '22 VelosterN; his 97 miat.

    Yeah you are, I tossed my CC in the trash, and mine was factory. Just isn't worth having on a manual vehicle.

    @unstpible

    Had to look up why coconut flour was even use; guess it's for a grain and gluten free substitute

    I have pastry, cake, all purpose, and bread flours all stocked up so I can bake whatever is wanted/needed but never tried coconut flour

    I'm glad I grew up with a health nut mom, never got a sweet tooth really, don't really like baked goods other than bread. Might be the only reason I live long enough to see 60 since I can be a bottomless pit for savory foods.

    Or grow up broke so you couldn't afford having a sweet tooth :rofl:

    Definitely got one now but yeah I remember you mentioning that and having made baby food; looking forward to the simple stuff I can make the little dude cause I sure as shit would be enjoying it as well (the home made baby food that is)

    On another note, I did have one of Ryan's famous quesadillas :rofl:

    NOPE!

    Was a proud moment for sure, though I'm sure he knew I was watching cause in this household we flip them with our hands :rofl:

    But he chickened out when I told him to flip the pancakes this morning with his hands :pout:

    Don't think I've ever tried flipping a pancake with my hands. Flipped burgers with my hands, not a great idea...

    I used CC on the highway last night, turbo didn't care
    I bought some during the great TP shortage of 2020 and ended up really liking it. A little bit goes a long way too so it's great when storage space is limited. A cup of coconut flower is about the same as using 4 cups of regular flower.

    Yeah I saw since it's super absorbent

    I'll have to convince myself to go through my current flour stash (and not replenish) before I try coconut though

    BUT it looks like a healthier option with an added sweetness to it
