Interior LED lights, hood struts, Weather Tech floor mats, Toyota bed mat, screen protectors, sill protectors, Pop & Lock power tailgate lock, McGard tailgate anti-theft lock, gas cap holder, iArmor drop step running boards.
I check under the hood every fill up or two. And when the mood strikes me, And after I get it back from the dealer. I actually checked all the fluids before I signed the paperwork when I bought it.

I also check before a longer (300 miles ore more) trip and/or before I pull my camper.

The underbody really need to look at more often.

About once every other week - I actually use my air compressor and a damp rag and wipe off the dust/dirt/etc in the engine bay....I wash it daily as well - with underbody spray - as I get it very dirty around our property.

That probably seems like a lot, but I average about 1K miles per week....I have around 250K (bought new in 2019).

Absolutely zero...but I'm a freak about maintenance and our dealership is very fair. I get it serviced/oil changed every 4500-4900 miles.

No leaks of any kind...I park in our garage and I'd notice any leaks. That being said if I had any leaks my dealership would have addressed it - and I may have forgot but I don't think so. I certainly have not reported any.

I actually have a LOT of my miles in 4WD - we own a horse farm, surrounded on 2 sides by a river. So I'm in muck/mud often. I'm old - Boomer Gen - and I have had a ton of vehicles - most MUCH more expensive than this little truck and I've enjoyed it very much and consider it a terrific value.

In fact...I just ordered another tacoma. I'm not in the habit of buying vehicles or electronics/computers the first 1-2 years of a new generation. I put a deposit on a 23 Pro Tacoma - use here this week or next...I'll probably sell my current to the dealership as I don't need another vehicle (we have 5 now)...but I'm not sure I may keep it as it still looks and drives like new.

Yeah - just liked this Gen so much I wanted another. My son has a 1st Gen (2002 TRD OR - with the locker). My best friend bought it new in 02 and sold to my son when he was in high school - he's a Junior in college now. My son has around 300K on that truck now.

Never. Unless I'm at the self serve car wash trying to get the mud out before the attendant/owners kicks me out

Thanks - that was our 3rd...he (Chief) passed this past Christmas Eve. We had been on a list for another one...she (Stormie) is now 9 months old (pictured with our Yorkie).
