Fuel rail sealing washers 95 2.7

Can regular copper seals be used on the banjo and if so what size

 

Copper Crush washers of the correct hardness .

I cheat since I deal with so many different sizes I have an assortment .

You should be able to go 12mm ID 16mm OD

Remember this acts like a gasket once and done .

Electrical washers are thin and hard....the crush ones will be extra thick...1.5mm

you can buy a bag of 10 off ebay or amozone for $6.......

I reuse mine.....but they were new installed by me originally....
so they're not farked up.....

But yeah one that 10 or 20yrs old......trash those....copper hardens and easily splits over time...

those blue composite ones on the oil plug I reuse 4 or 5 times...
