    New off da shelf. I got dat part wet so maybe thats part of da problem, but wd40 ain't helping. I started cutting the line to try to pull it out, but it ain't coming. Looks to me like the line is wrapped around the spring mechanism in there for the button and I can't pull it out. So I may have to give up on this one. Not sure what else to try. Sad cause its my first fishing rod ever and I didn't make it 24 hours before destroying it irreparably. :pout::pout::pout:
