You’ll love it! This is my first concert in an arena setting, all the ones I’ve been to have been outdoors and I purchased lawn tickets because they’re cheap. Should be interesting but fun.

The very first thing I noticed when I moved to AZ was how terrible the tap water tasted. We filter everything.

We unfortunately buy our water from the store. We keep talkin bout doing an RO but I want to do a whole home RO and not just kitchen. It’s a bit pricey

We used to live in Allenspark, CO (8,500ft elev) and our well water was not potable but the city water came from a spring. We lived too far out for city water but could go and fill 5 gallon jugs at the "shed". The 1" hose circled had water running 24/7 that dropped back into the creek, it was the best tasting water ever and well worth the drive even when it was silly cold.

You could meet all sorts of folks at the watering hole I tell ya!

In Oklahoma there’s this place you can go and fill up water containers for free, it’s a spring that’s been converted into a well and water just flows from it and has for decades. Some of the freshest water I’ve ever had, wish we had something like that here lol

We are hoping to be roiling into Surprise on the 15th, so the 19th would actually work great.

As long as schedule allows, I'm always interested in getting on the trails!!

Toilet seals are made out of wax. Pretty close to hard synthetic bees wax. Some of them may have a structural piece of plastic in them but not much otherwise. Since wax squishes and allows the toilet to settle in place, and it's very sticky, it has done a great job for hundreds of years. But when they fail, they leak and when they leak they rust the flange holding the toilet to the plumbing. Then things get loosey wiggly and that creates more leak and then more rust and it's a rapidly devolving issue - especially in a 2nd floor where the sub floor is less stable than concrete.

If your wax rings are older than 20 years old, probably time to have them replaced. Especially in a rental where the maintenance tends to be less but the tenant neglect a little higher.

Bummer they canceled but the nest weekend show should be a Banger!
They cut the last show short and I’d bet James will make it up in the rescheduled show.
