She's just a weee little gt35 .68 A/R came as a kit with the manifolds. Not very good IMO. But it's an introduction to boost world for me.
Had to shave the flange down so I could get a better drain angle. It's not straight down

Big bummer. It's the cx racing kit. I bought the hardware w/o IC stuff as that kit is not offroad friendly

Decided to clean and rearrange the garage today for more room and am fully regretting it.

Today is “stuff I like to do” day.
Went to the batting cages to see if I can still hit a fastball. Yep.
Stopped by Littleton U Pull to see if there are any parts left on the sole 2004 Tacoma in the yard. Nope - picked clean. However the frame is still good.
Just finished shooting some arrows at Columbine Archery Range.
Heading down to the South Platte to find a place with a view and play some tunes on the violin.

I bet you’ll be glad the garage is clean when you are done.

    Happy Labor day!

    Edit:
This was a good place to play:

If anyone or 2 of you gents could help a buddy of mine out. He's working on fabbing up a bed rack he needs a measurement for on a 2nd gen and 3rd gen. I think they're pretty close to the same but just incase.

From top of bed rail to center of bed track

    Thanks!

    Below is a Tundra:

Nice! How are you going to tune? Piggyback or full replacement ECU? I almost went down this route with my 1st gen when Mat (OV Tune) was promising to figure out how to crack the K-Line 1st gen ECU for tuning...

The 3rd gen is 1" taller. That's with the stock plastic caps not crushed by a topper/camper. With KB Voodoo or other(better) metal bed rail cap replacements, you drop more height. Mention that to your friend before they get an angry customer that can't use the fancy bed rack with non-plastic bed rail caps.

Full replacement no bandaid fixes. It sucks to have shelled out a couple grand for a haltech. But i was able to find a harness adapter for it so less wiring bullshit on that end. I didn't want to deal with the convoluted details of lying to the ecu and making it think it needs more/less fuel etc. So 650cc injectors and 8 lbs of boost should give some pep in the step again.
Still have the original block under my bench. I forsee forged rods in a couple years and maybe 15lbs once all the kinks are ironed out? :D

I test fit all the hardware installed and the return Bung welded into the pan yesterday. I think ill be tuned and driving again before october!

Yeah, I was never that comfortable trusting a piggyback to do its job correctly when the consequences are not good running lean.
Nice plans to do an internal build longer term while playing/learning on this block.

I really hoped that he'd crack the ECU but it was just another letdown lol

My wife and I stepped into O’Neills, A 300 year old bar in the heart of Dublin, for a pint to combat jetlag. It is next to St. Andrews church which has a statue of Molly Malone in front. I like how O’Neills has a stairway leading to multiple nooks and rooms at various levels including a beer garden/smoking area outside.

Huh … my wife just pointed out the toucans balancing Guinness on their beaks just above our table. WTF??

I talked to a Dubliner at the bar who told me a long story about the Toucan being an old advertising mascot
