Recently the front end of my 2019 started creaking. It happened (or I started noticing it) after installing a front bumper. I’ve attached a video of me bouncing on my rock sliders to recreate the issue. It’s causing a popping noise inside the cab as well. The sound is mainly from the drivers side and at first I thought it was possibly the front body mount / radiator support bushing but I’m not sure.
    Here’s the video:

My guess here is going to be the bottom bolt on the driverside front shock

I can try tightening it to see if that helps the issue. Oddly it sounds like it’s higher up on the frame but since it’s probably on the frame, the sound travels.

Tightening won't help, most likely the bolt is bent. Most of us here have been through the menagerie of creaks, groans and odd noises. If they don't get louder or longer, then no worries.;):hattip: otherwise, it's like a dog chasing its tail.

So in case anyone else gets this problem.. listen to the other threads first before you go down the rabbit hole. I figured out it was the front body mount (or radiator support bushing whatever it’s called). Sprayed it down with some graphite grease and it immediately went away. Going to replace the driver side and passenger at the same time but glad to figure out it wasn’t anything serious.

Pic for those wondering what it is:
