    Retrofitted light bar required modification of rad support air deflectors;

Actually I'm not even sure if this is necessary but wanted to keep what I could & I'm sure the engineers at Toyota felt they do something lol. They don't use a clip anymore since there is a screw there now, but the grill helps to hold it in place (red arrow) & I'll add some form of additional retention. Dremel tool was used for modification.

I may be the only one who retained them haha, I read they help with cooling so I figured why not.

They most likely do and you’ll probably be better off than all of us who tossed them to be honest. I hung onto them with the idea of putting them back in and doing something like what you did, I just got tired of them in the garage. Long run, I’ll probably regret that decision as everything I do, I try to make reversible to stock somewhat easily so maybe I should have kept them.

Appreciate the picture (very nice truck) and the information. I think I will pull the trigger on the wheels (Matte Black), and Falken AT3W 265/70/R17. And I agree with the ride. After I installed my 6112 / 5160s, it wasn't necessarily smoother, but more controlled and responsive.

Anyone have part numbers or a proper part name for these? I was going to buy or salvage some for this purpose, but never got around to it… I’d looked into a while back but have since lost the #s

Paying closer than usual attention to vibes and such since the lift, tires and alignment.
    Driveshaft angles are excellent now.
still felt buzzing under left foot while driving. Installed the front diff. drop and tightened LCA nuts. Loose from tire tech. driver side.
Took it for a spin....still buzzing. Let me check the uca nut......loose, from tire tech.
Buzzing gone and I'm pretty sure I'm only feeling the new beefier tire, now.
Almost pulled the trigger on some fox 2.5's yesterday.
I like that shop but damn, guys.

1st question to ask yourself when troubleshooting is,
    What changed?
In my line of work, when troubleshooting, you try one thing. If it didn't work, change it back and continued down the line.
Too many variables to be changing too much at once.

Was it doing to it right away ? Maybe they loosened up. I know it’s recommend on some lifts to re-torque everything 700 miles or so I believe.

Ya. I'm pretty sure it was gradually getting stronger. The passenger side was all good. Someone forgot to snug up the driver's side, I'm thinking.
I ran across a thread last night about bad uca bushings causing vibes. They aren't bad but that thread is what got me to check.

I did the same as you, just in case they were important. It was really easy to modify them so why not?
