Has anybody purchased out of state where they had to use a flatbed Trucking Service to deliver their new vehicle?

Many just fly out and drive.
The selling dealer may be able to provide a quote and handle it, or at least give you a baseline quote to compare, but by the time you get done shopping/quoting delivery and waiting for it to get picked up and delivered, my guess is- you could’ve already been back and on with your life.

I had a dealer charge me $300 to have one of their shop guys drive the truck from SoCal to NorCal then fly home. Best $300 I've ever spent. I would have spent that on a flight. Never hurts to ask.

You won't get a flat bed delivery.
Most likely you'll get those transportation companies that use non-cdl 3 car trailers. You should see what they do to fit those 3 cars.
