The one in the pic doesn't have the small window. And since the whole window doesn't drop down like a Tundra, that means an OR can be had with no rear sliding window.

This OR is gross as hell and Toyota should be embarrassed. As a base OR owner, I don't see this looking like a huge step up from my '17 interior qualitywise.

That new drivetrain better be amazing.

 

Imagine spending 45k plus on a vehicle and you are greeted with this every time you get in to the thing...

 

I do like the leveling headlights though. As a guy who tows a bunch, that would be a great feature to have on my truck.

 

It could be that the slider wasn’t ready for the show. Think those shiny bits are just preproduction. Though Toyota loves to use shiny on their cars.

See an awful lot of nooks and crannies, be a pain to keep clean. But I am in the dirt an awful lot and like to ride with the windows down.

 

Yeah but is it even a production model ....also there are trucks out there that have the option to not have one

 

It's for you to add more....jeep makes you pay extra for that

 

On a TRD level truck, this would be a new and disappointing development.

You're guess is as good as mine about production vehicle or not, but Toyota really isn't doing itself any favors by showing off a non-production vehicle with shitty plastic and shitty seats, or a production vehicle...

Wow some of you are just whiners. Don't like it because there are a few blank buttons? Really?

 

Seems to me that Toyota has shifted from the matte, rough finish to piano plastics. I think these shiny bits are here to stay, just like they did to the flairs.

Few? Lol, there are 12 buttons and 4 of them have functions lol.

 

So. Toyota even admitted it left room for consumer mods. If they were filled there would be whiners saying 'they didn't leave any blank spots for buttons or switches".

 

I'm not saying it should be filled up. I'm saying it looks cheap. The whole truck looks cheap, from the window, to the plastics, to the seat, to the blanks.

Preproduction or not, it looks cheap and the fact it won't be is brutal IMO.

 

Those are OG 3rd gen seats my friend, updated since 2020 to a uglier version.
