Vibration at Idle, and more noises

Anybody else having a vibration at idle? Idling at 500-700 RPM (which seems low in itself). Vibrations started after an offroad trip. Goes away when moving. Curious about the motor mounts. I have other vibrations when moving, but that's just the bald tires (I hope).

Also having a chirp that fluctuates with RPM that I can't seem to locate but that's been ongoing for a year. I've replaced serpentine and idler pulley at 100k miles. New plugs at 90k, and very routine oil changes since I bought the truck with 20k miles on it 5 years ago. Other front end work and expected maintenance over the years.


For more background, this is a 3rd gen, had an oil leak from the timing chain cover at 50k, and also had a motor rebuild short block and piston replacement at 99k...

I also live at 10k feet in elevation if that's contributing to anything.

Any help much appreciated. I'm needing to drop a new suspension in the truck and trying to work out if I need to prioritize more engine work instead....

The "chirp" could be a loose belt, bad tensioner or one of the components isn't quite lined up right when everything was put back together.

 

Chip can also be an alternator or AC compressor

Yeah, and when Toyota fixed the timing chain cover leak, they forgot to torque down bolts all across my engine and I lost bolts on the road over the course of 6 months before I even realized. Toyota's dropped about $18k in warranty work on my truck. Unbelievable. Got the one built on a Friday afternoon right before the weekend.

 

Thought about that, my mistake on OP, I've replaced the tensioner and serpentine about 20k ago. This chirp has been coming and going for a year, but would a serpentine chirp change with RPM's increasing/decreasing?

Everything looks like it's running through smoothly, and minimal cracking on the serpentine. I did replace the tensioner about 3 months after the serpentine as the tensioner was definitely bad, maybe those 3 months were enough to weaken the belt.

 

Never turn my AC on actually. Mostly windows.

I'll have to look into the alternator. Haven't had any issues with battery charge though, or cold starts. I live in the mountains of Colorado so winters are brutal. I feel like alternator problems would be pretty clear around winter.

 

Unfortunately yeah, it's had a rough time. Been offroad around 20k miles, been a work truck, 2018 I ended up driving it 40k miles. It's been really good since the last motor rebuild up until just recently. I've taken care of it the best I can with regular maintenance and don't drive it like a racing truck, but do offroad it quite a bit.
Currently looking to drop 10k into the drivetrain over the next month. Hoping I'm also not going to be dropping a ton into the motor. We'll see.

 

The belt is probably alright it might just need the tension adjusted. Might be enough play where it gets tighter under higher load (rpm's) causing chirp.

Chirping also likes to come from the belt coming up around the bend of the next "unaligned" pulley/wheel right when it hits. The belt isn't coming around all pulleys straight. It's possible the belt is warped.
