No idea why it may have been transferred but looking at the dealership listing itself that was posted I did not see a price reduction, and the price listed is pretty close to what mine was with the few port installed options that were included. I understand the loss of some of those features, obviously remote start is not available on any manual transmission vehicle, but other than that the other features are a matter of preference. My understanding is the JBL sound leaves a lot to be desired and cost more to upgrade and push to start makes for less overall security, but at the end of the day it's most important to get what you want and not what a bunch of strangers on the internet think is better for themselves. Best of luck and hope to see a post welcoming home your new truck!

Let's be honest here. If it's not a manual is it really a tacoma?

Congratulations! My tacoma is also my very first Toyota, and as others also stated the only reason I bought it was the manual transmission option. Hope the sale goes smoothly when you pick it up.

Well said; To each their own.

personally I love my auto-taco but. I ain’t buying an automatic corvette. Sports cars are meant to be rowed but.. if I could afford something with proper flappy paddles my grin would be just as big.

I wouldn't be driving a Tacoma if it didn't come in manual it's a much more enjoyable driving experience.
