Had lots of squirrel gravy as a kid.
Got a stick in the eye once and the bark splintered. The doc put some kinda dye in my eye and kicked on the black light and actually pulled splinters with a pair of tweezers. That was fun...got 3 days quarters out of it.

In Georgia a DNR or Naturalist has to designate the boundary which doesn't happen to often. Marshes move, a lot. LOL Wetlands stay wet for the most part.

I've had metal removed from my eye a few times with a needle. One eye doctor used an eraser to do it. That hurt like a mofo.

Had it done when my retina detached. The fear of losing sight in that eye outweighed my utter fear of a 3 or 4 inch needle going thorough my eyelid and into my eye. Besides, it all happened so fast. Neither the doctor nor his assistant announced they were going to do it. The doctor then proceeded to try to laser the retina back on:laser:

Good morning. Happy Thursday. Rumbles of thunder and rain here as the day starts. My dog is in hiding, as usual.
